Being an athlete and a part of sport is a guiding metaphor for the life I live. I believe that our lives are built one moment at a time. We're the accumulation of billions of moments. These moments quickly remind us of who we are, where we've been, and what we are capable of. I believe that it's all collective.
We're the sum of everything life has given us. Each of us has a story that is continually unfolding. We always have the choice and opportunity to rewrite the narrative. Moments offer evidence and clues to all that we can and will be.
My coaching process is informed by life... an expedition that has led me to this moment and through challenges, triumphs, and transformations. I believe we earn the right to hear each other’s stories. If you want to share and process your voyage, I'm all ears and heart.
