Athletic performance coaching focuses on the potential of an athlete's physical and mental capabilities for their competitive sport or fitness pursuit. I'm a lifelong competitive athlete, Multisport Coach, and Certified USA Triathlon Coach. I work closely with athletes and clients with an athletic mindset to optimize the fitness of their body, mind, and spirit. Ideal clients seek to continue their athletic endeavors and adventures in sport.

Through personalized training plans, mental preparedness, feedback, and accountability, I support athletes in defining, creating, and setting goals. This creates a roadmap to overcome challenges and perform at one's peak. I address various fitness aspects such as technique, strength, speed, endurance, nutrition, recovery, and mental toughness to ensure a comprehensive training and development experience.

I utilize performance analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and tailor training regimens accordingly. I partner with clients to provide education on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and race day and event action plans.
