Our Patagonia leadership venture cohort is in full preparation mode as participants ready their hearts, their minds, and their bodies for their upcoming trek to Torres del Paine National Park in southern Chile (pictured above).

A leadership venture facilitated by the telos institute mindfully incorporates a number of tools of productive disruption, including the use of awe-inspiring locations, an appropriately challenging physical component, and a thoughtfully curated cohort of participants designed to elevate the dialogue, explore new concepts, and drive deeper insights via the power #collectiveintelligence.

For this trek, and based on the development goals of this group, we’re also incorporating a book, Falling Upward, by Richard Rohr, to fully set context and unlock greater levels of awareness for all involved. #onward.
