The cohort is set and the ‘preparation phase’ is about to begin for the February 2025 Patagonia leadership venture being delivered by the telos institute.

Readying oneself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, creates the capacity for harnessing all that an experience like this has to offer, and makes the ‘preparation phase’ an essential step in the process.

Throughout the leadership venture experience, we will travel far and we will live simply. Amidst the vast and varied terrain of Torres del Paine National Park we will cross-train our bodies and exercise our minds.

We will seek insights on our most pressing personal and professional curiosities and find answers to questions we didn’t even know we had. Together, we will harness the power of #liminalspace. #onward
